Our Company
Suddz Soap Company first hit the internet in December of 1999. Since then we have moved FOUR times, changed our name, and expanded our product line to offer the best variety of soaps made with your favorite scents for all occassions!
We do custom orders! Just email us your ideas and we'll put together something special just for you (or your event)! We have access to 2000+ different soap molds through our vendors and more than 25 in our workshop that aren't even featured on the site. We can also do custom wrapping, labels, accents, and packaging. The options are endless!
Over 60% of our sales come from custom orders, with the rest coming from our website and other online avenues. We specialize in baby shower and wedding favors.

All our items are made to order in our Suddz Workshop Studio in Deming, New Mexico! We make all our soaps fresh to ensure you get the strongest, truest scent possible.
Because we manufacture our own products we are able to customize them to your liking. If you want something we don't have on our website chances are we can help you out. Just email us at suddzmail@aol.com and tell us!

Manufacturing Info
Please note that delivery times may vary greatly depending on what you order. The average order turnaround is 7-10 days. Each item has it's own 'curing' time. Because each item is made individually we have to allow time for the products to set up properly before shipping them out.
Please take into consideration the following when ordering:
- Packaged Products (salts, milk bath): 1 day
- All bottled products (bubble bath, body wash, scrubs): 1 day
- Soaps (all variations): 2 days
- Bath Bombs: These take the longest. Average is 2 days, but depending on weather conditions (humidity) they can sometimes take up to 4 days to 'cure.'
- Gift Sets: Please allow up to 7 days to make sure all products are ready.

IMPORTANT!
If you want cancel your order, add/remove items, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at suddzmail@aol.com! You have 48 hours from the time the order was placed to make changes! Exceptions are made on an order to order basis.
Shipping Info
All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email with your Delivery Confirmation number at the time your package is scanned and shipped. If you would like to track your package please visit the USPS website or use the link provided in your confirmation email.
We will automatically ship your order to the address on your order invoice, but if you would like a portion of your order sent to a different address (for gifts) please email us at suddzmail@aol.com. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
